Integrated solutions
The AutoTracker system gathers a complete, accurate, and objective set of data on the operation of motor vehicles. The data can be used by other departments of the company, including:
- Accounting – to calculate drivers' pay and account for fuel, lubricants, and other materials
- Logistics – to monitor the current location of cargo and to plan shipments in order to optimize routes, minimize empty runs, etc.
- Maintenance and repair – to calculate mileage and service life and to plan service and preventive maintenance of vehicles
The AutoTracker system has an open software interface, which allows it to be easily integrated with third-party accounting systems (1C, Galactica, etc.) and with enterprise resources planning (ERP) and client relationship management (CRM) systems.
Integration with corporate accounting systems creates new opportunities:
- Planning and distribution of workload based on available equipment
- Automatic generation and accounting of trip logs, bills of lading, and other documents
- Automatic accounting of drivers' time, generation of tables showing time worked, and calculation of wages based on time worked
