AT-10 – the new generation intelligent on-board module

The AT-10 on-board module is the latest innovation in the design, manufacturing, and application of transport satellite monitoring and control systems. This innovative 2010 design takes into account the current trends in auto manufacturing and the new demands of the transport monitoring market.
The AT-10 on-board module brings revolutionary changes to the architecture of the entire on-board equipment system, namely: the transition to an intelligent on-board digital router, where logical data processing is distributed among the on-board network elements and there are virtually no limits to the number of external elements connected.
The AT-10 on-board module can operate in GPS mode or joint GLONASS/GPS mode.

Advantages of the new generation of AT-10 on-board modules

1. A multifunctional interface with adjustable in/out port modes
Most consumers only use 1 or 2 in/out ports of the on-board module in their work, while the types, configurations, and standards of connectors vary greatly depending on the type of machinery and the functional tasks. AT-10 contains two primary connectors, each of which can be set up to operate in one of 10 modes (digital, analog, pulse, etc). The setup is performed after the equipment is installed inside the vehicle, at a remote location.

2. A multifunctional intelligent port splitter
Used in those rare cases where the existing ports are not sufficient for functioning of the system. The splitter enables increasing the number of ports to 16 and setting up each port to perform the necessary functions and connection of additional equipment. Additional splitters can be connected to each of these 16 ports, thus increasing the number of connectors to 256.

3. Power protection
Voltage fluctuations on board a vehicle are no longer a problem. The innovative power protection technology is now embedded directly inside the module and protects from voltage fluctuations 1000 ±230V. The module will not be damaged, but will simply switch off, even if plugged into a 220V outlet.

4. Galvanic decoupler
Built directly into the module, the galvanic decoupler enables protection of the power network and the additional equipment from overloads when the ground is switched off.

5. An active built-in GSM antenna
Increased power and improved reception quality stable reception practically anywhere in Russia.

6. Dual processor configuration
One processor controls the power and interfaces, and the other controls module logic. This significantly increases productivity potential and enables ensuring high reliability of the module as well as implementing algorithms of any degree of complexity.

7. Multi-SIM
The technology of inserting 2 or more SIM cards enables selection of the most affordable communication rates of any Russian or foreign cellular operators for various travel locations.

8. RF-HOST the radio exchange technology
The RF-HOST technology, which has not been replicated in the Russian market, enables connection to the system and management of wireless sensors and devices.

9. Linking through special connectors
All connections are made through special latch connectors, which significantly improves the quality of assembly, reduces the labor intensity of tasks, and improves connection reliability.
The use of an on-board AT-10 module significantly improves all key characteristics of the monitoring system: reliability, functionality, flexibility, and scalability. Additionally, it significantly simplifies installation, configuration, and maintenance of the systems. This RNT design is unique and has no equivalents in the Russian market that would be comparable in their functionality range, efficiency, and ease of use.
