Additional modules

The AutoTracker system includes a wide range of additional modules that expand its basic functionality.

AT-FUEL

The AT-Fuel software module monitors fuel consumption using specialized equipment (fuel level sensors).

The AT-Fuel module:

• Calibrates the fuel level sensor
• Records the level of fuel in the tank
• Generates reports on fuel consumption

AT-RaceControl

The AT-RaceControl software is designed for planning vehicle movement, generating trip assignments, and monitoring completion of assignments. AT-RaceControl can be used to manage both regular trips (for example, buses on fixed routes) and trips scheduled immediately before they begin (for example, courier vehicles traveling to various pick-up addresses).

Core functions of the AT-RaceControl module:

• Planning a trip as a set of orders, destinations, and arrival and departure times at each destination
• Assigning each planned trip to a particular vehicle
• Automatically monitoring the current status and progress of the trip
• Monitoring deviations from the trip plan: failure to visit each destination in the proper order or to follow the schedule, etc.
• Presenting statistical information on completed trips: time, distance, etc.
• Generating lists of vehicles, destinations visited, trips, orders, and other information for use in planning trips
• Sharing data among the lists
• Importing data on vehicles and destinations from the AT-Visor program into the appropriate Race Control lists

AT-SMS

The AT-SMS service automatically notifies appropriate employees of events occurring with monitored vehicles. This system can quickly notify dispatchers and managers of unscheduled events requiring immediate action (for example, deviations from route or schedule, unauthorized stops, exceeding unloading or loading times, etc.)
Events to be monitored can be selected individually for each vehicle or for a group of vehicles. Any message can be sent to one or more users.
